Volunteer Interest Intake Form

Experienced professionals who have deep expertise are critical to supporting young talent who lack the experience and networks (social and professional) to drive their potential for success.  While one-off volunteer opportunities have fewer requirements, we are very selective about who becomes a LEAP Leader mentor because there must be a strong alignment between the volunteer and the mentee.  Your time is valuable and it’s not something we take for granted when you offer to volunteer.  We also know that a lot of volunteer programs fail because there is not a strong alignment between the mentee and the mentor; for this reason, we have a vetting process to ensure optimal matching which may take some time before you get matched with a mentee.  This intake form is an initial step to joining the LEAP Leaders mentoring network.
